    I see the shipping date has been restored to the 8th on all s10 models, except
    the Green and White. They are still down for the 28th. They must have been calculating stock for the last few days.

    Yep they changed it again and added the following line......
    Pre-Order Now - Delivery Expected on March 28th for the S10 plus black 128GB.

    I just tried to order online. Firstly I checked online was I eligible for an upgrade (I know I am, I was just going through the steps) and the message I got was that I was eligible for an upgrade but it could not be processed now due to a system upgrade and that I should go to a shop.
    Then I tried to order the S10 online and it crashed.
    I phoned my local shop and no reply.
    Vodafone are not making it easy to buy a phone from them!

    You wanna tried getting a pixel 3 from them at the time, they had to end up refunding a load of orders. They're horrendous at new launches.

    No email or anything from three about it being shipped out

    Can't wait too get my hands on it reviews have been very encouraging esp the battery life which is a big plus for me

    Me neither, I pre ordered it ages ago and In looking at the order email the number of my house is missing also :s I must get on to them asap

    Did you check the status of your order on the VF website? You should. I ordered the S10 the day it was available for pre-order, received the order confirmation email straight away.

    Checked status yesterday and it was cancelled - no notice whatsoever. Customer care couldn't give me a reason why it was cancelled.

    Tried to pre-order again but they have issues with their online system. Not happy with them at all

    Three have a tracker but didn't give an actual tracking number

    When I got the s8 2 years ago it came straight away on the advertised day

    Thanks for the heads up, yes it was canceled. Got onto their Chat, clueless. They told me that it was impossible to preorder for delivery for the 8th. When I referred him back to their website he told me that once orders were places before midday on the 7th that they would be delivered on the 8th.

    I’ll believe it when I see it.

    I was able to pre-order it again tonight but will keep a closer eye on the status. I don't mind if it's not delivered on the 8th - just want to ensure that I get the free wireless buds.

    I would arrange a callback from VF and speak to them directly - wouldn't trust their webchat

    Ah here, Vodafone are great, rake a look at the Eir forum and compare... That's another topic altogether.

    Having terrible trouble trying to upgrade with vodafone, they told me 3 times it was no problem to upgrade and lower my price plan a month early, then when I tried the website wouldn't allow me the lower plan. They then told me they would call me friday to order(not eligible to preorder) and I can pay my last month at the higher plan then change to the lower plan. They have now changed their price plans and want €699 upfront for s10+ on €40 per month. I think I may change network!

    Something similar here. Trying to pre order online but won't let you keep your number if you are already with Vodafone payg.

    Tried calling cc who said you can do it in store, going into store told you can only do it online.

    I don't think any of them actually work directly for Vodafone so they have no clue.

    It's like the just don't need your money so don't care.

    They cancelled again, live chat said it’s a technical issue and to order in store.

    100% agree, they have told me I can terminate my contract now and pay the last month and change but i need to call them back to see if I can keep my number. Very disheartened with their lack of customer care.

    Did your pricing change with the new plans too then?

    In the end I ve gone to Carphonewarehouse and preordered with them, although I get the feeling when I go to get it Vodafone will have another problem.

    The web chat tell you to call customer cal.
    Customer care tell you to go into a store.
    Staff in store tell you it has to be done online.

    Anyone on the this actually successfully preorder with Vodafone who is already with Vodafone?

    Yes looks like Vodafone have upped prices about 100 euro across the board for S10+.
    Interesting it looks like they have doubled the data allowances to 30GB on €60 per month plan and 60GB on €80 er month plan.

    Actually, on further examination theres now two price plans showing per price pricing tier.
    Red Connect €60 PM 15GB - €399
    Red Complete €60 PM - 30GB - €499
    Red Connect Super €80 PM 30GB - €199
    Red Max €80 PM 60GB -€299

    I know, isn't it. For example, I have a Eir SO plan. 15 a month for 6 months, then 30 a month. By then there will be another offer I can switch too. I get unlimited calls, text and 30GB of data.

    On VF that is 60pm and 300 for the s10 or 1740 euro over 24 months you are tied into it.

    Mine will be 1549 over 24 months (if I don't move to whatever new deal they have in 6 months which will bring that down further and I'm not tied into anything).

    That all excludes the 300 credit from Samsung for my current phone which would leave the total at 1249.

    Where would you be going getting a 24-month contract when Sim only plans are so good.
