My front door has started to stick at the bottom on the opposite side to the hinges.

The door was only installed about 4 years ago. I was hoping I could adjust it but, I think it might have Butt hinges and dont know if it can be done with these. I attach images of the hinges if anyone has any advice. I have pooped off the plastic tabs on top of the hinges and there is a hex screw on there. Not sure it adjust anything and just is part of the hinge mechanism.

The hinge pin will be ex-centric.
Loosen the grub screw in the middle and then turn the pin using an allen key (hex).
You should be able to see (feel) the hinge move. It should only take a small rotation to lift or lower the door.
To lift the corner of the door opposite the hinge you would need to move the bottom hinge out or the top hinge in.
Check that one of the hinges has not become a bit loose and moved on its own.
