    Interesting that they have 14 empty units. Thats over a quarter of the units.....

    There are quite a few properties in the estate and neighboring estate up on Daft for rent at the moment. The cheapest is a 1 bed for 1275, the most expensive is a 2 bed for 1768. Like WTF. This is madness.

    I live in the estate, and it's fine. But this money is extortionate.
