Just looking for a ballpark price on the following plumbing job.
Have had a good look on the forum, but some of it is a bit dated or not relevant (higher spec, larger house)
Maybe someone has had a recent quote or work done for similar job

    The house is a standard 3 bed semi-detached, 110 sq. m

    Would like to install;
Condensing gas boiler w/ standard heating controls for 2 zones (nothing fancy just a stat for each zone and a timeclock. Maybe facility to install TRV’s later)
10 double panel radiators (5 in each zone) + 1 towel rad
New water storage tank in attic
    all associated pipework

Replace existing hot/cold water distribution pipes in house
    to kitchen sink & dishwasher
to downstairs WC (sink and toilet)
to upstairs bathroom (sink, toilet and bath/shower)
    utility room washing machine
    outdoor tap

    Waste pipes replaced from
    Upstairs bathroom
    Kitchen

    Note:
    Sanitary ware will be supplied
House will be gutted and ready for plumber to come in (floorboards lifted all piping routes cleared and ready, joists drilled for services)

Thanks for that, a bit less than I expected.

As my post said that doesn't include sanitary ware. Sinks, taps, toilets etc will be supplied.

Is there anything else I am overlooking there do you think?

That’s completely a ballpark.always depends on a site inspection and what type of sanitary ware is fitted too.
I would definitely look at getting a pressurised cylinder too.
