Can I get €5 cash from €4.50 cash and 0.50 cent coins?

I have AIB and 10 euro was transferred to my account to get it into positive status. The only issue here is that I know the minimum amount to withdraw is €5. I technically have five euro if I combined 50 cent along with my card. The problem is how can I get this in cash? Would it be cashback at Tesco?

Yes. Just ask for cashback or whatever amount you have left alongside the transaction.
