Issues with Climote - Now can't turn on the heating at all.

    We've had climote for about a year and it's been okay, prone to a few small issues, but generally its been fine. 
    Today it's refusing to turn on the heating, so I pressed the small black button as guided by your FAQ's. On the reboot, its getting stuck at Initialising Device 35%. It will eventually go from 35% to the home screen, but the screen is then non responsive, has the wrong time on it, isnt reading the temperature and none of the buttons will do anything.
    Can you advise please, as we now cannot turn on the heating?
