Wi-Fi Calling on Unlocked Samsung S9

I noted on another thread that you stated that wi-fi calling is available on an S9+ so I assume it's available on the S9 also. But I cannot find it under More Connection Settings as shown on other websites. Is there an Over-the-air update that eir needs to provide to enable this feature?

According to other instructions for other carriers that I've seen online, it is either enabled under Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings or by going into the Phone app, clicking on the 3 dots in the top right and clicking settings. But there is no option under either location. Is there something that needs to be enabled on my account for this to show up?
