    Hello,

We moved to KeyCode about a year ago which to my understanding removes the requirement for Java and digital certificates. We are still using Internet Explorer as our web browser since that was what was required during the days of digital certs.

There seems to be conflicting information on your support site, where the KeyCode pages say certs/Java are not required but other pages say Chrome and Firefox are not compatible due to their deprecation of Java.

Could you please clarify if KeyCode customers need to use Internet Explorer, or if we are in a position to move to a more up-to-date browser such as Firefox/Chrome.

    Thanks in advance,
    Justin.

    Hi Justin,

thanks for reaching out to us here. If you are using Keycode this will work on any browser for you. For more information on Keycode please see here. The information on the website relating to certs and java is in relation to customers who have not yet moved over to the KeyCode system. We're glad you came to us to check this out, please feel free to get in touch with us if we can help you with anything else.

    Thanks Jen
