I think you have to buy the hole box out of the builders providers

You may struggle to get some. Ask a carpenter to cut 2 timber inserts and paint them up. Screw them in.

Goodwins in Dublin definitely sell them for about €10, I’ve purchased two doors from them.

If i'm reading the site correctly, it seems you can purchase the whole box + door for an extra few cents. But always nice to just purchase the bit you need.
