Ben Dunne Gym Classes question

Hi.
I'm just wondering what is involved in each of these classes at Ben Dunne Gyms
- BD Combat Fitness
- BD X-Fit
- BD Xtreme
- BD Core Blast
- BD Booty Blitz

Even if any of you could just answer what is involved with one of the classes, I'd be grateful.

Also, is there any you would recommend over the others?

Interested in these also as I can’t see any info on their website.

The X fit class is a hiit circuit class. Maybe 10-15 stations and you hit each one twice or 3 times for a minute or two each time
