    Question in title. Thanks in advance for any responses. Can't seem to find an answer. I'm guessing it's in the a range. My current ber it c1.

    more complex than just a BER figure
    Air tightness result and level of insulation are important combined before spending a lump.
    there are brainier folk with more technical responses to come i'm sure
