Named Driver Verification delay

    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] My name is Dimitrios Katsoulis & I was insured on November 30th . I received on 25th of January a letter stating that my previous named driver experience wasn't validated asking me to pay additional 2,719 euro. [/font]
    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]  For this reason my previous insurance company from Greece  sent on Jan 28th  my no claims bonus certificate for validation from their corporate email address to Liberty Insurance. Your representatives have stated that they have forwarded the email from my previous insurer to the validation department since Jan 29th but still i haven't received any response.[/font]

    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]  I need your immediate engagement to resolve this issue as despite my many calls and emails , still my previous named driver experience isnt validated and the payment of the additional 2,719 euro appears as due with the risk of cancelling my policy [/font]
