Renault Fluence - issue with phone

Currently encountering the same issue on my 2012 Fluence. Added a new phone to the Bluetooth and everything froze up.

In addition to the recommendations given in thread earlier, I would delete your old phone from the cars Bluetooth.
I have changed phone a few times and never had another problem since the issues 4 years ago.
