Can anyone give a rough total cost to build a 25sqm shed using cavity blocks on a concrete base and A-frame tiled roof? No need for any plastering / render, just the basic walls and roof. thanks. edit: foundations / concrete base will already have been done

Complete ballpark figure: €20k

Based on me getting quotes in Dublin for something similar(ish) and expecting that you won't get any discount for the foundations already being done.

Quote wise I'd say you're much better off getting a builder, even on the phone, to give you some sort of price.
