QUIET PEOPLE ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYERS OR LOUD PEOPLE.
If you like drinking, partying, or are noisy THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU.

The house facilities are basic and will suit a non-fussy person. Rent is 350 per month and this covers bills. A deposit of 350 euros is required.

If you are a genuinely quiet and considerate person and not too fussy about facilities we will probably get on so please PM if interested.
