Starting watching the documentary about Versace's murder last night, bizarre, it's half documentary, half drama.

I must have been drunk throughout the 90's though because I didn't even know he was murdered!

Same here, it completely flew over my head at the time. The first time I knew about it was when it was referenced by Dougal in Father Ted- "God Ted do you remember that fella that was so good at fashion that they had to shoot him"

Watched a couple of episodes of Russian Doll,it’s ok,I think it’s suffering from a bit of over hype from the luvvie brigade,it’s decent enough but the amount of gushing from critics is a little ott, each episode is around 25 minutes,so you can get through a lot of episodes.....

Velvet Buzzsaw - like an art world Final Destination without being as great, or as awful, as that description might suggest - depending on your viewpoint. Great ensemble cast and some interesting things going on but it felt like too much of a mishmash at times.

Velvet Buzzsaw is awful. Such a mess. Fails at everything it sets out to achieve.

I dunno, I thought it was quite good. Definitely a mish-mash, but I enjoyed the X-files vibe from it.

I really enjoyed Russian Doll, really good take on the Groundhog Day loop idea with a really strong cast. The main character can be annoying but that's kind of the point.

I’m 15 minutes in and the characters are annoying me already.

Abducted in Plain Sight - The whole family annoyed me. Bunch of cry babies lying through their teeth. The only likeable person in the doc was the old FBI guy.

But you get to watch one of them die. Repeatedly. Win win!

Just started with netflix last december and I have found a great way to pass an evening. Spend 2 hours scrolling through all the programmes without been able to decide on anything, by then it is too late to start anything.
Am I the only one... too much choice has its downsides.

Didn’t realize it had been taken down! Hadn’t finished season 1. Decent show.

I think it was only taken down for a day or two, I was rewatching it after Christmas and it came up that it was leaving in February. Annoyingly they've never added seasons 2 or 3 so I'm subscribing to Funimation just to watch it.

I feel like Ted Bundy is a thing in my life now, whether I like it or not.

Just finished Bundy tonight and would definitely recommend. It was very watchable, the way the story was told. What a deranged sick excuse for a human he was.

That's why I scan this thread on occasions as it turns up gems that I would have missed.

The last series I discovered because of this thread was Call my Agent which got me major brownie points with the missus as she is French. It was an excellent watch as well, ideal relax in the evening fare (providing you can handle subtitles).

Just watched Get Me Roger Stone. F*cking brilliant documentary, this guy shaped America and was a master manipulator of everyone.
I don't condone what he's done, but begorrah, the guy is ruthless at using his talent.
