Hi,

I have a query in relation to the Mortgage TRS. My mortage payment is called for on the first of every month. Normally the TRS payment is credited to my account the by COB the day before. On Friday my mortgage payment was deducted and no TRS credit was transferred to my account. I contacted Revenue on Friday and they advised that all was as normal on their side and theythey hhad filed a requisition as normal on 17 January and said that the issue lay withwith my bank. How can I go about resolving this issue?

We would not prevent a payment from reaching your account. I have double checked this and there was no payment delay.

As soon as the funds are received they will be applied to your account.
