    In theory I agree, but it's impractical handing physical tickets to the branches at this point whereas they could theoretically have a closed Ticketmaster sale for supporters club members quite easily

    Got one also. hit refresh on the "its not you its us page" and she was there (phone browser)

    Dont have to hand physical tickets to branches to distribute. Easy to order them and collect on day which is regular occurance.

    I rang up Ticketmaster and a lovely girl managed to get me two tickets together in Blk 122.

    bought a ticket for a friend, do you know if you have to go with them to collect the ticket with the card it was booked on or is the booking reference enough?

    Ticketmaster are brutal. Pure luck. Congrats to those who got them. I'll take a silver lining in knowing ticketmaster won't get Any of my money. I'll spend the 115 down the pub.

    I had to collect one the last time we played France at home. I just gave my address on the account (had the passport and all!!) but could well have changed.

    Tried ringing that number buts it engaged. They hardly have the one number for all tickets sales?!

    Had almost given up.

    Did someone say earlier that if we had hit refresh when we got as far as the "it's not you it's us" screen that we would have been in?
    Must have seen that message 30 times this afternoon.

    Pure luck - I had been trying for about 2hrs, on the mobile and 2 computers.
