Access to a VPN from TP Link MR200

Hi all, Can anyone help me I’m trying to remotely log on to my work VPN via my work laptop. It is like there is a blocker on my TP Link MR200 . I have used the sim in another dongle and connect is fine at the same location. Anyone know what the settings on my tp link modem should be that might allow me to connect. Thanks

Check if there is a vpn passthrough setting

Are both using the same APN?

3internet and 3ireland provide a different topology.
