Hitachi 120-5

All them -5 hitachi’s were a great digger in my expierence, very seldom I’ve ever heard of any problems from them. New undercarriage is a big plus on a machine like that and wide tracks are great for in land. At 10,000 hours I think he’s a bit high with his price but that might just be me (I always like a bargain 😉) just make sure the pumps aren’t whining much and check the slew ring and brake for wear. They’d be the two biggest repairs I’d foresee on a machine that age. If you want a “checklist” for buying a digger I can PM you one I made for ourselves because I always found I’d forget something or other every time I looked at a machine.
