1TB Cap excessed on eFibre

    I have just received my bill to see that I have excessed the 1TB cap on my broadband. I haven't changed my usage habits, but my usage has gone up dramatically. This has added €100 for my December bill. I will also be hit again for January. 

    Month - Bytes Uploaded -- Bytes Downloaded --- Combined Usage
    January 2019 - 100,833 MB -- 2,511,157 MB --- 2,611,990 MB
    December 2018 - 177,495 MB -- 3,118,254 MB --- 3,295,749 MB
    November 2018 - 47,282 MB -- 1,066,210 MB --- 1,113,492 MB
    October 2018 - 22,193 MB -- 463,257 MB --- 485,450 MB


    I have attached my usage for January, which looks really strange. In the first one (24th of Jan), I have used a lot on the 1st, 2nd, and normal on the 5th, but the second graph (27 of Jan) has a lot used on the 5th. Also the Combined usage goes from 892,757 MB to 1,254,127 MB in 3 day of mild usage.

    Is there anyone I can check my usage with?
