Deposit cheque without IE account

HI My mother receive a cheque from Social Welfare from Ireland (Bank of Ireland) to Poland. how can she deposit this cheque to polish account without any account in Ireland ? In polish banks is it not possible.

If you are unable to lodge a cheque in Poland, it may be best to contact the Revenue office and arrange another method of payment.
