Screen magnifier for mobile phone

Does anyone know where such a gadget can be purchased - ideally from a retail shop (Dublin) or at least from an Irish source?

There's a number of them advertised on-line, including from Amazon and EBay but they all seem to be shipped from China and I've had bad experience with that before.

Its a simple enough device - just a place to put the phone and a larger screen to make it more comfortable to view - typically two or three times larger than the phone screen. I'd have thought there would be a good market for them but nobody I can find has stocked them here.
