There are at least two terrified children can clearly be heard on that. They haven't a chance have they?
The younger kids are freaking the fcuk out. It's sad that the older one is not only immune to the violence but is egging his father on. The younger ones will be like that in a few years. Kids by default don't like violence and aggression. These kids literally have it bate into them. Absolute disgrace but saying that makes me a racist apparently

Now just imagine being a Traveller teenager who has never been in trouble, whose family has never been in trouble: and imagine yourself trying to get a job.

And coming up against racism like we have seen in this thread.

You can't blame everyone for the actions of a certain segment: if you do, what hope have the others got?

The problem is that it's not a few bad apples, it's that there are only a few good apples.

First they came for the socialists...

Who blamed all travellers? Obviously its not all travellers who perpetuate the problems within their culture. It does seem to be a decent percentage though.

haven’t seen the beloved Pavee Point apologise for any of their behaviour though... I thought they were supposed to represent those poor souls.

It is fine to blame everyone else for behaving terribly towards your group, but always condemn those in your own group who act like idiots...it never happens in “their” culture.

PP represent all travellers like Leo represents the "people who get up in the morning".

I remember the thread on this last year. Did anything ever come of it? Gardai ever question them or was it quietly forgotten about.

Man says he 'regrets' fist fight outside Galway Garda HQ

    https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/courts/man-says-he-regrets-fist-fight-outside-galway-garda-hq-37522678.html

    such an awful story

A mother gets her son to video it whilst she goes and threatens the other mother

A son is delighted with his Dad fighting and that he won't back down to no one.

whilst some other kids in the car are obviously distraught at the scene

    https://www.thesun.ie/news/3341371/t...g-galway-road/

    "Gwan my daddy"

"My father will never give in for nobody. Never in his life will he give in."

"Yes, daddy. Go on, dad. Come on, my father.”

    " Leave him for dead".

fantastic culture that has been passed onto that boy
