    There isn't a set timeline. Pretty much however long it takes the team to reasonably get their linemen off the field and others on.

    It happens on every down an offense makes a substitution. It just isn't noticeable as no one really does it that late as you risk a delay of game.

    The Saints are pissed over a no call during the second half of their game against the Rams and it appears the NFl have admitted they blew the call. Now I only saw three quarters of the game live but during the first half the rams get road by the refs so it balances out IMO.
