Replaced bulb but light is still not working

Attached are pictures of the light fixture on bathroom ceiling. I replaced the bulb but that hasnt worked. Checked fuse box and its not a tripped switch (i think anyway?). Dont want to go messing round with the wires for obvious reasons. Can anyone advise? Thanks.

Had similar lights in work. Think the ballast gave troubke. Ended up replacing the entire light fitting
