Drinking mixed fruits infused water. Testing out if it would work with frozen fruit as it’s healthier than buying flavoured water, and I wanna cut down on bottled water. Turned out lovely, not too sweet and a lovely fruity flavour :)

Made a creamy mushroom and courgette sauce to accompany chicken breasts and all piled over baked spuds. Delicious.

Dinner tonight at some point was a homemade burger, mash and Heinz beans with a few slices of bread and butter. Dessert was late and I hope it doesn't keep me awake - Chocolate Fudge Cake with Chocolate Ice Cream on top. Very bold for a Tuesday.:D
