Hardly on the bread-line when you can afford to pay €600 on a couple of communion outfits and sell them for a third of that 7 months later.
For being on social welfare, the amount she spends on overpriced clothes, shoes, fake designer gear, ornaments etc. If she put that towards rent instead she'd surely have €1K-€1.5K a month for her budget, with that + HAP you could get a decent 4 bed in Tallaght with money to spare..

“I saved hard to get my child that dress. I tried to make people aware of what’s going on in this country,” she added, referring to criticism by some on social media over the cost of her daughter’s First Holy Communion dress.

I'm well aware of M Cash's failings but nothing justifies the misogyny and downright cruelty directed at her in this thread.
The only misogyny that I've seen on the thread was a poster asking if anyone would ride her -- which was rightly called out as inappropriate by a number of other posters.
There hasn't been any "cruelty" on this thread. Margaret Cash turned herself into a public figure with her media appearances, her speeches outside the Dail, and her public social media posts. She gets around €50k a year from the taxpayer to support her irresponsible reproductive choices, having had seven children since she was 16, and now she wants a free house in an area of her choosing as well, at a time when many hardworking taxpayers can afford neither houses nor children of their own.
Margaret Cash lashes out at everyone and everything around her. At one point she was calling for a violent revolution and for Dublin to be burned to the ground. She also went on the radio ranting about how the government was robbing her blind (
). It's only natural that these kinds of extremist opinions provoke criticism in response. 0 -

This interview was such a trainwreck, really showed her up for what she is.
