Why isn't my new debit card contactless?

    Hi,

I received a new debit card today as my old one is expiring. I assumed it would have a contactless feature but it's just the standard card. Is there any way I could get a contactless one instead?

    Thanks

    Hi Rhyso,

Thank you for getting in touch. If the previous card was a standard card or a 2nd level current account the replacement card would remain contactless.

To request a new contactless card - raise this through the “Ask a question” section within the “Service Desk” tab of your 365 online profile.  Until this card arrives you will still be able to use your existing card.

    Many Thanks.
