    I rang to change my package a few days ago and waited over 40 minutes to talk to someone and then 50 minutes to talk to loyalty.  I signed up to a new deal but later saw a better one on line that I wasnt offered on the call. I tried talking to an agent online but they couldnt deal with the query and told me to ring again. I didnt have another 2 hours to waste so I submitted a complaint online about the wait and lack of service. 2 days later I received a call from an unknown number that I now realise was Eir. They only let it ring once or twice and I didnt get a chance to answer it. I tried ringing the number back but it seems to only allow external calls. I tried 1901 again but the wait time is still over 30 minutes (and probably more like 2 hours as per usual).  Can someone please ring me back about this issue. Thanks

    Finally got a call this morning and signed up for a new package. When I got an email confirming it 

    The price was increased
    The discount was only for 6 months and not 12 as agreed
    The contract length was left blank
