EIR Vision not displaying a black screen

    Hi,

    I'm having an issue with eir vision. We're not getting any image through on the tv. The box is connected properly. We can hear sound and we can also see the little icon at the bottom left hand side telling us what channel we're on as well as whats currently on that channel. We can navigate through the menu also. As i stated its just the images aren;t coming through, it's just displaying a black screen.

    Can you help me with this?

    I get this issue also from time to time. It can usually be fixed by holding down the power button for 5 seconds which sends the box into deep sleep mode. I find if you leave it in this mode for 30 seconds or so and then switch it back on the picture will come through. Hope that helps.
