Fault on my line arose from the cabinet today around 4:20pm.

After being on the phone to them for over 2 hours, I've been told it's likely that I won't have TV or broadband back until the 27th December at the earliest.

Technicians are working this Monday the 24th but apparently it can't be escalated to ensure they have a look at fixing it on Monday.

No TV, movies, Netflix, soccer, horse racing, boxing from 21st to 27th December, delightful.

    Hi ustari,

I'm very sorry to hear that your service is down, I understand this is frustrating especially this time of the year.

Our standard timeframe on a fault is 3 working days. I'm sorry it's not better news.

    Thanks

    Tracey
