how to get an ID quick?

Hi I have no ID as I lost it and I was planning on going to an event in district 8 tonight , I was wondering is there any possible way to get a form of Identification in a day, I know I can apply for an age card but that takes a few days, I also don't drive so I don't have a license ID either
