Pogba next hopefully, when the player who's supposed to lead and drive his team is carrying on like he has done over the last few months you know your in deep trouble

Looking forward to seeing how Carrick does. Pogba will start at the weekend and doesn’t have a self obsessed manager on the sideline looking down on him.

Pogba is a **** posting that

FFS, i'm not saying force him in to. Have him bound to the bench or something.

To me he makes sense - take out the health scare and it makes sense. If the health scare isn't an actual issue (for him, his opinion) then why the F not. I can't think of a better option short of appointing a proper manager.

At least it makes sense to someone

To me that Pogba tweet looks like a prescheduled promotional action, with marketing hashtags and links (adidas, #heretocreate). Terible timing, but I 100% reckon that is a marketing team thing.

    I 100% disagree.

How convenient given what he posted and the timing.

Is there any good radio debate / chat I can listen to online now re this particular subject?

Let us see I guess. Hooe he proves everyone wrong, but that post, if real, sums up his character imo.

    Nonsense.

Mourinho has been scapegoating Pogba for months, using him as a human shield to deflect from his managerial failures.

It's absolutely understandable that Pogba is delighted. He should have been protected from Mourinho's bullying a lot earlier. The club, and many of its brainwashed fans should be apologetic towards Pogba to be perfectly honest.

every one of the top 6 clubs is a good appointment and a couple of good signings away from being truly relevant and competing. and on the flipside each are a bad appointment and a couple of bad signings away from being also rans.

the reason? they all have money to burn, and can buy top-tier talent. none more so than Utd. apparently, they're the only club that if you were to take away the TV money, could still just about be viable as a football club.

if you get the next appointment correct, and sort out the structure of managing purchases going forward, things could be very different in 12 months.

money talks, and always will. and Utd are fúcking minted. you just need to be ruthless.

I believe Proportionately to revenue united spends the least amount On its squad comparable to the top 6. We are worth double Liverpool and Chelsea and yet spend similar amounts to Chelsea and not double Liverpool.

What are uniteds owners unquestionably good at ? Marketing. That includes marketing their own image. Throw a few quid at a shiny player and whether or not it’s what the team needs you get the fans salivating at the arrival.

Liverpool and Chelsea show it’s not what you have it’s how you spend it. They don’t care much for marketing players, don’t make transfer deadline signings that are sponsors and don’t revel in the marketing potential of signings. Our own ceo basked in the glory of Pogbas marketing potential and some fans think it’s just a coincidence that our most expensive player is also one of the most marketable players in the world...

Laporte and Stones were 50million plus.

Spurs wanted 50million (apparently) for Toby.
    Leicster wanted 80million for Maguire.

What CB do you think United could sign in January for 35million?

My point was that it doesn't take 50/60/70 million to build a decent defense. Especially when the main focus of the team is defense.

Well coached - any of Jones/Smalling/Bailly/Lindelof could form a a good defense. Instead you have one of the worst defenses in the league. Personnel is imo not the #1 problem at United. It is coaching. Not to say the playing squad is perfect - obviously it is far from it.

Is the story not that a outside Caretaker comes in on Thursday ?

Your sad your hero is gone, i know how much you like gifs so this might cheer you up

I’m a united fan and upset with the state of the club, I’m in a united forum to express my concerns. Jose is gone but we are still on course to have a crap season. It Almost seems like you are reveling in our demise. That’s either you being retarded if you are a united fan or a troll, don’t mind getting a yellow for pointing that out.

A lot of salty people attacking Pogba over a nothing joint Insta/twitter post thats promotional.

Jose's ability to pull wool over peoples eyes and have them believe blame lies elsewhere is astonishing. I cant believe so many people fall for his act.

Pogba is another player under preforming at UTD, just like Jose had the entire squad doing. Jesus wept some people are thinking Pogba is a major problem. Head well and truly in the sand.

Since when has it become acceptable for a player to sit on their hands and be allowed to not give an absolute ****e about the club on the pitch..

This should not be happening irrespective of who is the manager, if you don't like the manager, want him gone, don't like his tactics or whatnot, that does not give them an excuse for phoning in displays.

These players should be trying their upmost in whatever tactics they are asked to play, if it then doesnt work so be it but by god they should be playing out of their skin for the club that pays them handsomely. All we are getting is excuse after excuse for these type of displays.

I am firmly in the Jose needs to go boat but by jaysus the players need to show some desire to play for the club, and right now there is a good few who are not, and that is on them not the manager.

Unfortunately such is the modern footballer. The players at Chelsea stopped playing for him 3 years ago and a big chunk of that squad won the league the following season.

So you don't think Jose is the manager of his generation any longer eh?

Or maybe I'm thinking of someone else that said that.

Yep. If the club took him back it’s even more morally bankrupt then it looks. SAF nearly died less then a year ago, I don’t want him anywhere near our first team. For his own health I hope nobody asks and he doesn’t consider it.....

We owe him his retirement more then anything.

It'd be like when Matt Busby came back. A mistake, and a sign of utter chaos and incompetence behind the scenes at the club.

    I'm partial to your abracadabra
I'm raptured by the joy of it all

Pogba should be worried his "Get Out of Jail Free" card is gone.

So many have been excusing him because of Joses influence/tactics. Where can he hide now?

Laurent Blanc is the ideal candidate to take over if he's willing to take the job as a caretaker. He's one of those that could do very well and then get the job full time.

90% of our players have been hiding..... It can't all be Pogba's fault.

Yep and it wouldn't surprise me as it would be a cheap option . .

No United fan should want SAF back, it doenst represent anything good on any level.

Utd will have to break the bank to get Pochettino in the summer.

I think he's the only guy to bring back the fundamentals at utd like attacking football, giving youth a chance etc

Err, I don't recall saying that. But even if I did, I don't see how that contradicts me saying that he's past it now.

Why would Poch give up Spurs for United ?

Next season he will have his new stadium and champions league football and money to spend at Spurs ,

Why would he go to United ?

Was thinking it might be him. One of the BBC reporters said its someone steeped in the clubs traditions. Dont think he was here long enough to be described as that.
