has anyone lost channels from their eir tv bundle today

    Signed up to eir in march  Promised the world by door to door salespersons. Bundle installed while I was in Hospital in May, When I came home from Hospital found I had no Discovery channels and had to pay another €11 a month to get them added now I find that channels 242 and 524 discovery turbo
    are gone , Any ideas. TOG

    I'm sorry to hear this. The Discovery channels are included in our experience package.

    The best people to report this too is our support team on 1890 260 260, they will investigate this for you and resolve it. Alternatively, you can speak with an agent online here
