Guy in Germany received my pixel 3XL thankfully! Now to make the journey over to me to be opened on Christmas Day (sadly)

Screen was too grainy, almost paper like. The second one they sent is same but less noticeable. New complaint on my second one is the buttons are too stiff for my liking as in you can hear a sound when you press it. But I will be keeping this one.

I ordered on Friday morning at around 8am (9am German time just when the deal started) and it changed to the second stage that night at 8pm irish time and delivered this morning

Apple.ie store website causing chrome to freeze up and crash the app all together on my pixel 3 xl... Anybody else getting this?

I've even reverted back to stock chrome but it's still crashing. I've not had any issues with any other websites just Apple's.

A shop in Adverts.ie are selling Pixel 3 128 GB for 729 eur? They seem to have good reviews too. I wonder how are they able to sell for such a low price.

Picked up the XL in black from Vodafone on Friday, really impressed with it having used it for a weekend. Blown away by just how good the camera it - I'm coming from an iPhone 7 - and how good the screen is too.

I tested charging via android auto and its now 780 ma instead of the 100 ma that ampere app used to report.. havent noticed the memory management changes but they never were an issue for me in normal use

I see that the US store is now offering a free charging stand and earbuds on all Pixel 3 orders until December 8th. No such luck here though.

Well pixel 3XL my German friend sent has finally arrived in Ireland according to tracking, but it needs to go to parcel motel in NI and not here

he put ireland instead but eh rest of the address is correct and emailed An Post and they said they will forward it up to Northern Ireland

let’s hope they do it eh

pixel 3 or 3xl? Both very good to be fair.. the camera is the same on both.. and performance.. only difference is screen is slightly smaller on the 3 and its made by lg instead of samsung.. some prefer the samsung screen.. no notch on the 3.. i have the xl and love it..

Of course, this happens 3 days after I order one for the full price ... grrrrrr! Have contacted them to see if they can do anything for me but I don't hold out much hope

They wouldn't do anything for me when I ordered my Home Hub for £149 about 2 hours before they dropped to £99, though I suppose it's not their problem.

Best bet is to order another and send back this one when it arrives, if they clarify that it can be sent back.

There's no suggestion of store credit on the Irish Google Store. I've lost any desire to buy a Pixel 3 following the unequal reductions across the various European stores. Even with this current promotion, not only is the credit absent, but the discount has been converted from pound to euro just by changing the currency sign.

Anyone having speaker issues with there 3xl? I'm on my 3rd RMA now and still the same buzzing/distorted speaker at low volume. Listen to the following link to test at low volume. It's improved slightley with December update.

This happened me with the Pixel 2XL previously.

I just got onto the online chat with support, told them the price went down after I ordered and they refunded the difference. I think if the price change is within a certain amount of time of purchase they will do this.

No, works perfectly fine here on a 3 - previously had a 2XL

I'd always have about 7 or 8 songs added to list every day when I had the 2, but the 3XL could go weeks without picking up anything. It's not a big deal really but it's just strange that there's a difference.

It stopped working for me on a few occasions, but going into settings and disabling and then reeenabling it got it working again. Maybe the underlying service is crashing and not restarting or something.
