Does anyone have a Lenovo AC adapter 135W 20V 6.75A?

Recently, I bought a refurbished ThinkPad W541 and I have a problem charging it.
It only charges when it's turned off or in sleep mode. When I try to boot it with charger connected, it gives a BIOS message saying AC adapter has low wattage. I get a similar message in Windows.
Checked the adapter and it has 65W only, but looking online the laptop needs 135W. So, the warning message seems accurate.
Before I ask the seller about this, I wanted to check if it's actually the adapter, because I found on some forums, that it might also be a motherboard problem.
So, does anyone have this kind of adapter or know where I could try one?
    Thanks.

The term "refurbished" lets me think you bought this from a store or seller who does this as a job; They can't call it "refurbished" if the laptop's missing its original PSU and you're provided with the wrong unit for the computer. The W541 is more a "portable workstation" than an actual laptop, and it did indeed come with a 135W PSU:

No surprise the poor thing is complaining.

So long story short - if it's supposed to be "refurbished" contact the seller and get the correct unit.

Yeah, talked to the seller and was told that dispatching team sent the wrong charger.
They sent me a new one.
Hope that's the only problem. :P
