Are there stats out there to see how many times Liverpool catch a team offside, we must be right up there if there is such a stat, the backline is drilled superbly and marshalled no doubt by VVD. The way they push up in unison is a joy to behold and I'm sure doesn't happen overnight.

Had noticed that the other night when we conceded the offside goal. I think we conceded another offside goal a few games back but cant remember who it was against. There has definitely been serious work done on our offside trap because it is working very well.

Fulham wasn't it? Then we countered and Salah scored.

Lyon are ready to slash the asking price on Fekir in January and get rid of him.

I know all reports say the club won't go back in for him however I wonder if the price was slashed enough would it be worth the risk.

I'm sure there's a price the bean-counters would sanction the move for but they'd want him to go under the knife for a tidy up on his knee so we wouldn't have him as an option for the second part of the season.

He's playing well enough at the moment, could well do a job from the bench, sparingly, for the second part of the season, surgery at the end.
A fine price cut should see him sign I reckon.

I'd love to get him too. I just think with JK's training programme/owners business model, nursing him won't be considered and could annoy other members of the squad,

Hope it’s ok to mention one of these but I think we’ve two big red flags in Sturridge and Lallana that will most likely put and end to any notion of signing him.

Ox is out with a knee injury. I think it affects a Fekir deal.

I don't think we will go back for Fekir. Too risky.

    Mane has travelled to Bournemouth.

I'm not so sure , if klopp wants to take a punt on him, and the bean counters can justify it and the timing is good it just might be a punt FSG might take .
    Alot if ifs though

All depends upon what they found in the medical I suppose... if it looked like an issue that corrective surgery and recovery time could put an end to, ya never know. Whereas if it looks like an inherent weakness that will always be a potential issue, I doubt they'll be taking any risks.

We've played after City now the last 2 games so it would be great to win in the early kick off to put a bit of pressure on them, Chelsea are more then capable of at least getting a draw, I'm hoping they are well up for it after losing to wolves

    Klopp on Clyne
He’s not available. It is too complicated to explain what he’s done but it’s nothing ruptured and nothing broken,

    Klopp on Clyne

Gomez and henderson could provably be put in that category to a lesser extent. Them bloody english are too soft;)

Sounds like Clyne has done something that is ongoing and club doesn't want him involved when it eventually comes out.

    That save .. omg

Ball was literally top corner, was relieved to see he wasn't fluting about with diving under and using his left hand to save it this time

Clyne probably has a complicated back problem.
He had surgery on his back that is a fact.

    The rest is just rumours.

Today's game is huge, hate early kick offs but a win is so vital today

    >#LFC line up v Bournemouth: Alisson, Milner, Van Dijk, Matip, Robertson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Keita, Salah, Firmino, Shaqiri.

I'd hazard a guess it's Fabinho at RB.

    Oh interesting

    Liverpool:

    Alisson,
    Fabinho, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson,
    Milner, Wijnaldum, Keita,
    Shaqiri,
    Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Mignolet, Mane, Henderson, Sturridge, Lallana, Origi, Alexander-Arnold.

    Or 4-4-2

Milner or Fab at right back either way I like the look of that team.
