Audio descriptor on 4ife combo box

Hi folks. Recently bought a 4ife combo tv receiver box. Set up perfect but there is audio descriptor enabled on it. It’s really irritating. For example, say I’m watching a movie on film4, there is a voice narrating the whole film. Can anyone tell me how to disable this feature on the box?

You will need to change the audio stream that is being used. Streams with Audio Description are usually identified with "NAR". There should be an 'audio' or 'language' button on the remote that allows you to toggle between the audio streams.
