    Salah/Kun to Sterling/Kane done for -4.

Realised now that Duffy is going to miss 3 games.
Worth a further hit to get TAA in?

Arnie out  anyway. Really want Auba but would need to downgrade Martial or Mane for a hit but Lacazette would give more options. Which looks best for a -4?

    Arnie/Mane to Auba/Pereya
    Arnie/Martial to Auba/4.5

    Arnie/Mane to Laca and Bilva/Maddison/Anderson/Ramsey
    Arnie/Martial to Laca and Brooks/Milo/Sess

Would you look at downgrading a premium defender as oppose to Martial?
Have Alonso and Robbo since GW1/2 so would lose too much. Others are all below 5mil so wouldny have enough

Arnie ----> Mitrovic looks almost too obvious.

Think I might do Arnie to Lacazette, have the right money and no hits involved. Would have to downgrade Alonso to get Auba

Wait till he plays as he is 1 booking away from a suspension.

Looking at another - 4 or - 8. Murray and arnie need replacing and will need to downgrade one or both of salah and alonso to afford kane.

Kolasinac, snodgrass and lacazette all tempting me.

My plan was to stick with Mahrez all of Christmas. But with Chelsea away I cant see him doing much.

May downgrade as a free transfer and then get a big hitter in.

    Hazard & Arnie out....

    Question is:

    Aubameyang & Felipe Anderson in

    or

    Lacazette & Sane in

Only other City player is D Silva

    Option 2.

My next player to look at getting is Sane - really like him and think he'll be a regular.

How would we feel about triple city mids?
Salah and arnie out for auba would leave me 8.8 I could get dilva to go with sterling and sane but would that just be adding unnecessary stress? Just get Anderson and have the extra cash? Not many others stand out. Son possibly? As prone to rotation as dilva?

You are dumping two potential 10 pointers for one.

Not sure I would agree with that change

My midfield is starting to look like everyone else around me. I have Auba, Kane and Wilson up front now with Sterling and Sane as my City cover.
Arsenal have great fixtures and Torreira is showing great form.

Mane and Jiminez out for Torreira and Auba.

Dunno would I do that one! Auba is a good call. Not sure in Torreira tho

    Arnie/Gunnarson out
    Mitrovic/Sane in

Lesson learnt this week, strong squad needed for Christmas.

Hmm Rondon instead of Mitro in for Arnie lets me bring in Bilva or Maddison for Gudmunsson.....

    Edersen, Boruc

    AWB, Bennett, Robertson, Alonso, Digne

    Billing, Fraser, Mane, Richarlison, Sterling

    Kane, Murray, Arnie

    Arnie -> Wilson Done

0.4m ITB and Murray needs to go and Mane/Alonso could be used as a makeweight to something better. Looking for something that works over 5 GW's or so

    Hazard to Sané done.

Holding and Martial were both potential enabler transfers to bring in Lacazette for Arnie. Back to the drawing board we go. Need to find .2 somewhere but I'm happy with most of my team. Fernandez to a 4.2 defender seem the likely one. Kiko Femenia?

Although they haven't been keeping clean sheets look at Fulham options. Chambers/Le Marchand.
Ranieri may tighten them up. They have better fixtures than Watford

Need to stop the rot. Doing a -8: Arnie, Walcott & Alonso out. Kane, Gunnarsson & Digne in.

Is TAA likely to get much gametime now that Gomez is injured?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,824 ✭✭✭dr.kenneth noisewater

Now thinking Arnie/Mane to Auba/Snodgrass. Leaves enough for Martial to Alli the week after or maybe Erikson if I take another -4

I was certainly thinking this one too. It'd be Chambers rather than Le Marchand because Joe Bryan will see lots of minutes at left back I think.

Short term injuries and tough fixtures for big teams and in form players.

Is there a case for a free hit?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,463 ✭✭✭✭km79

Still probably do Salah and Arnie to Anderson auba who I will then captain
    But will he start........
I will still have 2.5 left over to upgrade sane to sterling after the week if I want
    Or Murphy to mid price

When I see that it hits home how much money has been tied up in Salah

He played really well when he went wide, likely better with Laca in the middle anyway.

I would think no, because it will be extremely hard to anticipate rotation this weekend.

Liverpool and Tottenham both with everything to play for in the Champions League, and Chelsea vs City means you'd be limited in your choices a bit.

I mean with Arsenal vs Huddersfield, Man United vs Fulham there, there would be a case for a punt, but I'm not sure how many players can be depended on from those teams in any case.

Good to know. Was thinking about bringing one in for Bennett but he may have regained his place.
Just saw Le Marchand had an assist recently so thought he'd be a good option. Didn't realize his place is under threat.

Bryan is 4.8 I just realized.

Le Marchand is a centre back playing on the left in Bryan's absence. He may just revert back to centre back. Which would then spell doom for Chambers. So it is a bit of a complicated one.

Edit -No it wouldn't actually, Chambers is playing DM
