Most weeks, yes. But my feeling is this weekend Laca starts and Auba is on the bench.

What would Auba be on the bench for though? Surely it makes more sense to rest in the Europa League? Or is the theory based on the cumulative effects of 2 huge games v Spurs and Man United?

Yes, played 90 in 2 very intensive games. Starting a 3rd (in an easy home game) in 7 days would be a bit foolish when you have an able deputy in Laca ready to step up. Auba could start this weekend, but i'm not confident enough about it to put the armband on him, put it that way

See the thing is, and I guess you could call it the weird thing, I’d be quite possibly willing to captain Lacazette ahead of Kane, Sterling, Sane and Mane this week if I brought him in.

And i can absolutely see the logic in that. But what about the weeks after that then when you'd want Auba instead of him

Yeah I'd posted that in an edit earlier, I think that is the way to go at 4.2 but I'm now second guessing the whole get rid of Fernandez plan due to some very decent fixtures.

Mane had to have stiches in his foot after the Everton game. He hasn't trained because he's been wearing flip flops to let it heal. My guess is he won't play on Saturday and will be back for the CL.

Yea, i think the same. He wont be able to train/play with that for fear of infection and making it drag out.

I went the Sane route for a 4 point hit last night thinking that he'll be good for a few GW's but Eriksen is a very good option too

I've 2x ManC Midfielders & Kane up top which is the right balance for me but I didnt analyse Spurs fixtures too much. Afraid to look now!

Yes, I'm still raging about it

I have mitro and I am keeping him but I will be amazed if he doesnt get booked before the new year
So if people are buying him in they need to be aware of the risk

Was all set to bring Aubameyang in Tuesday night before another price rise only didn't as was Mane & Mitro out > Auba & Kenedy in. Kenedy not a great replacement IMO

Great fixtures, in form (disregarding United game) but is he worth 11.2, same as Aguero, who has been consistent for years?

I'll have to take -4 to get him in which not comfortable doing, wanting to steer clear of hits this year.

I would argue not worth his price, he's gone up 0.3 the last few days , first season in PL, underlying stats are saying he's over performing (similar to Mane in first couple of game) and somewhat a rotation risk

IMO, price wise he's not the same level as the FPL god Aguero, certainly a punt, fixtures look so good & Arsenal scored 2 goals against a poor United defense with no involvement although he had good chances.

I can do the move to him with a 5.2 max midfield replacement, looking at Kenedy but not convinced Auba & Kenedy outscore Mane (if fit) & Mitro over the Christmas period
