12 year old girl beaten up

Happened in Broadstairs, Kent (in the south of England). The girl was attacked by another girl and was savagely beaten. I won't post the footage on here, but it's easily enough found on twitter. Horrific footage. Listening to the young girl crying and begging for the attack to stop is harrowing. Yes, I know it happens all the time and doesn't get reported. But I suppose the fact that someone videoed the assault while apparently doing nothing to help the victim at all is sickening to me.

It's a sign if the times. I'd hate to be a kid today. There was bullying when I was in school in the 80s, but nothing like what I see today.

Haven't watched any video and I'm not going to as it would be too horrible, but I found an article and it is good to see that the little girl, Evee-anne, is recovering well and has been hugely supported by family, community and strangers. Good on her.

I wouldn't watch the video for two reasons, firstly I don't like cruelty to people or animals and secondly, and probably more importantly for me, I don't like promoting these gormless b@strds who hang around road accidents and other such incidents with mouths open and arms raised videoing poor unfortunates suffering or dying.

Desperate video, the child could have been left with serious injuries. What can be done to the assailants I don't know but by fcuk the parents would want to be thought a thing or two to raise a child like that

That kid needs to be empowered. Boxing lessons or MMA. I guarantee she starts digging back the attacks will stop.
