The information you have provided is so limited that it is impossible to provide a reasonable estimate. Depending on many factors the cost could be outside of the prices you provided.

This quotation will depend on many factors including:

    ● Cost of materials - This can vary a lot depending on quality.

    ● The time it would take to do the work.

    ● The condition of the installation. Will existing wiring issues resolved need to be resolved so as to allow the new work be compliant with current regulations? Are there RCDs / RCBOs on the bathroom circuits at present as more recent regulations require this? Will these units fit in the existing board? Are new circuits to be installed?

    ● The location of the premises relative to the electrical contractor.

    ● How much work the electrical contractor has on at the time. If very busy overtime rates may have to be paid to employees.

    ● The relationship with the customer (an important customer may get preferential treatment).

    ● Who installs the ducting for the fans and how complex is this work?

    ● Who supplies the light fitting? Is the wiring in place?

    ● Who supplies the fans? Are they timed units?

    ● Are the humidity sensors integral to the fans?

    ● Are the fans like for like replacement?

    ● Are the fan isolators already installed?

    ● How easy is it to route cables?

    I'm going to guess €1200 :)

Agreed. There is next to no useful information in the OP to assess this. Site visits and quotes from RECs would be the sensible way to ascertain what a reasonable cost is for the proposed works (and, as pointed out, unless similar quality materials are being quoted then this wouldn't be a fair way of judging).
