Just wondering what's the best bang for buck on this one at the moment. Roomba 615 in warehouse looks like a decent price.

How does the roborock deal with rugs? We have a light one with tassle-y bits at the ends. It moves all over the place and the tassles get caught up sometimes with the regular vacuum..

    Thanks

Just got the Xiaomi , some piece of kit for the money, very happy with it. Strange watching a map of your house appear on the phone as it makes its way around, intrigrates with Google home no problem and have it set up with routines so that it starts up with a variety of voice commands, 245 euro, well worth it!

Where'd you get it for that price?

Got it from gearbest , used fast-23 warehouse so no customs, and was delivered quickly :)

Ah I guess this isn't the Roborock S50 then? Best price atm is $400.

Nope, it's the first version, couldn't justify the price of the mopping one, as probably wouldn't use the mopping function much :)

Low to medium pile would work - we have both and works fine: we have this geometric pattern (high contrast- black and white squares) on one and i think the sensors get confused every now and then

My order on Aliexpress has fallen through so I'm on the look out for a Roborock S50, looking at all the reviews it really seems to be the best going, seems to be available for ~€350 from time to time.

    On Gearbest it's currently $399.

I got stung by customs on Gearbest before so I usually avoid it like the plague, any link to a seller that I won't get shafted on taxes???

Just took the plunge and ordered an s50 from Gearbest. Does anyone know if it comes with a UK/IRL plug or will I need an adapter?

I ordered from tomtop.com a few weeks ago, it came with a two pin cable. Dearer than Gearbest, though.

HK Warehouse so probably have to pay the same again in taxes

find a seller that has a warehouse in the EU - got one seller on AliExpress and was shipped from DE

Neato D5 looks good as well (and looks 50% off on Amazon right now)

I got the American plug but have the adapter and sits well (better than the European ones)

i got the first gen from gearbest last week, there was a adaptor taped to the outside of the box to convert the two pin plug in the box to normal 3 pin. I ordered from the fast-23 warehouse which is in europe, so customs charge avoided :)
