    Hiya,
We're kooking to get an mp3 player for our 7 year old daughter. We think that she is too young to have a phone or itouch and don't want her on a tablet etc but she is really into music so for now we are looking at getting an MP3 player that we can upload songs on from our laptop/CDs etc. A bit old school but we don't want to go down the Spotify route where we'd have less control over the content.  Have you anything in stock you could recommend please?

    Thanks

    Mark

    Mob,

thanks for the post and I'm pretty much on a mission to find something similar myself that I can use out running and I'm still searching :(

It's not something we stock unless you want to go for a Hi-res player like the Cowon or the Sony NWA45 :

..both of these are excellent ( I think I'm going to go for the Sony) but they are probably a bit of overkill for a 7 year old .

There are 1000's of unbranded generic MP3 players still available from eBay / Amazon at very small spends - if you are prepared to take a bit of a risk you would probably be better to take a gamble and try one of those out?

Thanks again for the post and keep us posted if we can assist,

Thanks very much for the response John. As you say, the Sony hi-res is definitely I overkill for a smallie. I'll try my luck on Amazon or I see a few bricks and mortar stores have Sony ones for around 60-80.

    Thanks again
