Bttom bracket conversion - Shimano to FSA ??

    I have a bike with bottom bracket BBO-31 (or BB0-31)stamped on it and I want to install an FSA chainset with "BB386EVO" spindle which, they say, is "is based on the existing BB30 system".

    This is all double-Dutch to me and I can't find any easy answer online. Can anyone point me towards or conversion kit or online instructions please.

    I have a tool for the 'standard' BB that comes on Shimano kitted bikes and have changed a few so I can do that much.

    You'll have to change your existing BB with one designed for the FSA crankset, the youtube video shows how it goes together.



    This seems to be the BB you'll need,
