Let me rephrase, after a district court and a high court bail hearing failure, can one appeal such bail refusal in the same court? Or when can a next bail hearing be heard?

They wont really talk to us per sa. I have asked him to give them(solicitor) a written consent to discuss with us.

You're asking us if he can appeal the High Court decision refusing bail, surely he can ask his solicitor that question?

All of your other questions have pretty simple answers which he can get from his solicitor - when is the book of evidence served, does he plead guilty or not guilty on the day it is served etc.

Why do you have to resort to asking anonymous people on the internet when your friend can get the answers from his solicitor?
