Inheritance question

Can anybody tell me how the succession would work in the instance that there is no will made

A single person with no children dies leaving an estate

He is survived by his mother and 4 brothers, who all have children

Does the estate go back to the mother, get divided equally between his 4 brothers or is it divided in 5 for the mother and brothers?

I assume the nieces and nephews have no claim?

To the best of my knowledge, it goes to the mother only, if.she dies without a will, then it will be divided equally between the remaining children, I think the tax free threshold is very low from child to parent. Is it category B.

If there is no will, the mother gets everything....

68.—If an intestate dies leaving neither spouse nor issue, his estate shall be distributed between his parents in equal shares if both survive the intestate, but, if only one parent survives, that parent shall take the whole estate.
