I've had a couple of quotes to get the open cell spray foam with a breathable board to allow air flow 50mm from the roofing felt to be carried out, both quotes are coming in around 1800 including spraying the party wall either side. It's lot of money to be handing out but not sure of the return. Or is worth putting…

It's lot of money to be handing out but not sure of the return. Or is worth putting 300mm-400mm in to the attic at a much lower cost of a couple of hundred.

Have you included the SEAI grant for this also ?

For the spray insulation I'd get €400 back, so it brings the price to 1400.
