Just found out that Churchfield Clinic in Lower Salthill is closed, any word what happened are have they just moved, Need to contact Dr Padhraic asap

Yes unfortunately he has retired and noone has taken over the surgery. If you post a letter I think they will still pick up mail occasionally and get back if it's very important. I'm not sure it'll be swift though, they're closed since August. When you find a new GP they'll forward your records on too.
A shame, it was a lovely clinic and lovely Dr.
